Tyann is the Queen of Guest Experience for Touch Stay digital guidebooks. The platform was created for vacation rental hosts and managers to beautifully and easily communicate with their guests and homeowners through guidebooks and choreographed communication flows.
She is also the co-host of The Guest Cast podcast, industry leader and consultant, co-creator of VR Mastered vacation rental boot camp, author, speaker, and owner/manager of two boutique brands of curated vacation rentals: Branson Family Retreats and Missouri Haus.
By the age of 5 years, Tyann had read the entire series of Laura Ingalls Wilder books…twice. She has begun writing a series of historical romance novels based on her great-great-great grandparents when they came to Missouri from Germany in the 1860s.
Her passion for the vacation rental industry and guest experience truly makes her eyes sparkle.
